About Hondo Resources

When looking for a water transfer company to back your business, it is important to work with an experienced team who is always happy to help. That’s where Hondo Resources comes into play!

While Hondo Resources was founded fairly recently, in April of 2023, my team and I are some of the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals in the oilfield and water transfer industry.

With decades of industry knowledge and a team full of experience, we pride ourselves in continually innovating and improving our processes in order to best service the most prolific customers in the business.

Our Founder, Brayden’s Story

At the ripe age of 18 years old, Brayden started working in the oil field as a floorhand for Bosque Systems.” After two short years of working his way up in the company, he became a regional business line manager and was in charge of over 100 employees at 20 years old.

Eventually, he was ready to move on, and in 2014 he invested in an oilfield services company and became a part owner. Over the course of 4 years, the company grew to over 300 employees and generated millions of dollars in revenue.

After seeing success growing an oilfield services company, he knew he was ready to bet on himself and his team and started Hondo Resources from the ground up.
Just 6 months into business, Hondo is home to over 125 employees and services some major E&P companies such as Exxon Mobile, Conoco Phillips, and DiamondBack Energy.

While continuing to crush our goals for our first year of business, this is only the start for Hondo Resources. With a large emphasis on family and a team-focused workforce, here at Hondo, we have built jobs for generations. From employees now to their kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, opportunities to grow and build at Hondo are here to stay.

Can you explain your water treatment processes and their importance for my business or project?

Our water treatment services focus on purifying and treating water to meet quality and regulatory standards. This is crucial for various applications, such as ensuring safe drinking water, complying with environmental regulations, and protecting equipment from damage caused by impurities or contaminants.

Why is secondary containment necessary, and how does it work to prevent environmental hazards?

Secondary containment is vital for preventing leaks, spills, and environmental damage from hazardous materials. It involves the use of protective barriers and systems that act as a secondary safeguard, ensuring that any potential leaks or breaches are contained within a designated area, preventing harm to the environment and human health.
